Terms for ordering on the Four Garden website. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. 01

   General

   This document is a public offer by Four Garden (the Seller) to sell the products presented on the site. Placing an order means full acceptance of these terms.

2. 02

   Products and prices

   Descriptions, volumes and prices are shown on the site. Prices are in Uzbek sum. The price at the moment the operator confirms the order applies.

3. 03

   Placing an order

   Orders are placed via the cart with your name, phone and address. Our operator calls to confirm the order, delivery cost and time. The order is accepted once confirmed.

4. 04

   Delivery

   Delivery cost and time depend on your city and are agreed when the order is confirmed. Please check the packaging on receipt.

5. 05

   Payment

   For now, payment is made on delivery using the method agreed with the operator. These terms will be updated when online payment via Click and Payme is added.

6. 06

   Returns and exchanges

   If the packaging is damaged, the product is defective or does not match the order, tell the operator on receipt and it will be replaced. Other returns follow the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
