What data is collected when you use the Four Garden website, why it is used and how it is protected.

   What we collect

   When you create an account: first and last name, email, phone, address, email language and (optionally) date of birth.

   When you order: name, phone, address, comment and order contents.

   When you leave a review: your name, rating and text — they are shown publicly on the site.

   Technical data: your cart and language choice are stored in your browser; a cookie is used for your sign-in session.

   Why we use it

   To accept, confirm and deliver your order, contact you, maintain your account and email you confirmation codes.

   We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

   Who receives it

   Order data is passed to our internal order system (CRM) and the delivery service — only to the extent needed for delivery.

   Authorised public bodies, where required by law.

   Storage and protection

   Data is kept on secured servers; passwords are stored encrypted. Data is kept while your account is active and for the periods required by law.

   Your rights

   You can view and edit your data in your account and request deletion of your account and data — email us.

   This policy may be updated; the current version and its effective date are published on this page.
